On 28-29 November 2017 representatives of Ministries responsible for Transport and Defence, National Supervisory Authorities and Air Navigation Service Providers from Lithuania and Poland gathered for the 5th Baltic FAB Board at PANSA Headquarters in Warsaw, Poland.
The annual test and development of the DroneRadar application by the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency and Dlapilota.pl company has shown the continuity of the project. The analysis of aviation incident reporting systems reported a decrease in their numbers, and the staff of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency recognized the educational nature of the DroneRadar platform along with the raising of situational awareness of drone operators in the Polish airspace.
PANSA (the Polish Air Navigation Service Provider) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) have agreed to work together with other aviation stakeholders to develop a National Airspace Strategy (NAS) for Poland.
PANSA (Polish Air Navigation Services Agency) and the Lithuanian ORO Navigacija, signed today a memorandum of cooperation with the Ukrainian air traffic agency UkSATSE.
